Our company outing this year was done in this resort. The service is great specially those resort staff who served us. The room is OK since it's a dormitory, there a lot of us and we came from a fully packed bus. The place is great.
For the second time, we went to Potipot Island. However, we did not land because it was already prohibited according to our boatman.
The service is great, all the employees are nice, helpful and friendly. The views in the beachfronr id very nice... Good view of sunset...For the rooms It needs a little improvement, some rooms bath floor drain floods while showering, toilet flush not working, there are mosquitoes in the room. they just need a little revamp.
Pools are mediocre, price is okay.
Staff are not familiar with what thier resort can offer and their public shower/rest rooms are disgusting.

We booked the Kubo for only 2 pax to have better amenities and comfort (normally 2 rooms for a total of 4pax). But it was a wrong choice.
The Kubo is sitting on the parking at the main gate. The 2 rooms are not nice. Internet is poor. Bathroom is miserable, plenty of mosquitoes, very dirty and people on the parking see you when going to the bathroom/toilet. There are no towel in the rooms.
The garden of the resort is nice, as well as the beach, but the water of the sea is dirty and oily.
For the same price, much better choice is possible.
One of the best location to go on a Saturday night. Live performers are very entertaining. The food is good but there is no seafood available during our stay due to the weather.
Only went for dinner on a Saturday night. Food was good. Service could be better. There were live bands but sound system was not great. The songs were not clear, all muffled. I hate to have to pay entrance fee to be able to sit and eat at their restaurant 😫.
Improved amenities. New family rooms and function rooms for corporate events like company team building, retreats, etc. Meager free breakfast for two. Clean sheets. Fresh towels and blankets but you still have to request them from the reception area. Limited places to hang clothes. Very nice landscaping/garden area and clean and lukewarm swimming pool.
been here some years ago (GAD) outing sa school ng missis ko with the Faculty. it is ok, amenites are good, room we stayed at is fine. pool is acceptable but the beach is the downside. blurry water maybe because of the time of the year, and not white sand. It is far i can say, kahit na sa pampanga lang kami galing nalayuan pa rin ako.

karaoke is only in the function room near the pool so its quiet
